Yeshiva of Bussières and questions

From the various correspondence circulating and reaching us, it appears that the drifts of the Yeshiva Beth Yossef, were known to the entire Jewish community hierarchy but that no one dared to denounce what was happening there. The adolescents and young people were housed in unsanitary conditions. adults – mainly from the United States, Israel, Belgium, Irish, Romania – who came to study at the Yeshiva Beth Yossef, hosted in a former sanatorium. A building that had been officially closed to the public since 2015
and “who should never have welcomed these children”, according to Laureline Peyrefitte, the prosecutor of the Republic of Meaux. Among other things, the establishment has been the subject of “various worrying reports, including one from Miviludes” (Interministerial mission for vigilance and the fight against abuses sectarian), according to the prosecutor.
Aged between 13 and 18, the students were mostly Israeli but also from America, Belgium, Romania or Irish nationalities… According to the French law of April 13, 1850 on the issue of insalubrity: “dwellings which are in conditions likely to endanger the life or health
of their inhabitants. Specific evaluation criteria that make it possible to establish the unsanitary condition of a dwelling are: The degree of natural lighting in the main rooms (a dwelling with correct conditions habitability cannot be without windows or openings leading to the outside); The housing structure requires the interior organization of the rooms, dimensions, thermal insulation and acoustics, surface condition, The ventilation of rooms and the humidity level, avoiding all risk factors: installations producing combustion, presence of toxic residues, risks of collapse, falls or injury, equipment: sanitary facilities, kitchen, waste water disposal, running and drinking water, heating,
electrical installation, etc. According to the observation of our colleagues from JFORUM “Many Jewish schools, on the sole pretext of respect rules of the Torah, have a similar behavior. Thus children study in premises inappropriate for quality education, with teachers who do not have the qualifications required and who think they teach the Torah with rigor, while the students do not master either the texts, nor grammar, nor Hebrew vocabulary. Their one and only objective being an application of the halacha, with an obsessive rejection of society, especially television”

Political clientelism.

For Pierre Birnbaum, the terms “political clientelism” and “corruption” are frequently
attached to each other. This combination of the two terms suggests that they are related and cut off from its democratic sources. Political clientelism is understood here as an unjustified favor granted to a person, often in exchange for turning a blind eye to extra-democratic behavior. It is part of informal and illegal practices, and is widely considered
as undemocratic. But it happens that the die-hards of democracy do not fall into the traps. Thus for about thirty years, we have seen ministers in charge of worship parades
at the Great Synagogue of Paris, sported a yarmulke in order to seduce naïve community leaders. This same political clientelism has already cost the lives of 45 people in Israel recently at Mount Meron (place initially planned to accommodate 11,000 places and which ended up managing 33,000 places. To date, no investigation has been carried out ad hoc to establish responsibilities. We will never again allow the Jewish community of France to be led by unethical upstarts.
Former President of  Republic François Hollande asks us to clarify our political positions. You cannot be from the Far Right and pretend to claim socialism to please the idiots of the Republic, thus trampling on the principles of French democracy who welcomes us all. We first love France by the facts and then, you can write books. The FJN will not fall into this stupid trap.
