The leadership and representativeness of black Jews

Be representative to be credible.
Even before delving into the definition of credibility, this requires a persevering effort to learn about the subject. How important is it to represent black Jews well?
This question often comes up in rapid succession in recent years as we see people doing the exact opposite while representing on a basis of ignorance. It is clear that knowledge is the foundation upon which an appropriate subject should be built and underpinned by a clear expectation. The identification of a subject contributes to the representation that people have of it and indirectly to the participation of the latter. Example is not the main thing to influence others, it is the only thing.
Appropriate behavior can be a huge subject of misinterpretation.
Legitimacy on a subject is based on interpersonal relationships and common historical knowledge. The positioning must not serve the subject and that it is used by their main carriers. Because adhering to a shared sentiment code is, more often than not, implicit and tends to underestimate its importance in situations where trust becomes routine.
But it can also be underestimated where it does not exist. And the results can then border on disaster. Credibility is a matter of patient historical construction and knowledge.
This is not an exercise in style but a very important resource especially at the beginning of a topic when few people know the ins and outs of it.
Structures can only function in direct relation to subjects. It is not enough to communicate, even well, to convince.
