As we move out of reductionist ethno-Judaism into the attempts it aroused, we see a conception of a linear Jewish history taking shape, progressing by overtaking.
It was clear that the future of the State of Israel (natural / social / human) presented itself as the theater in which everything is moved and converges towards ethno-Judaism which would be neither more nor less, subject to human action. and the need to stifle the possible. The pragmatic decision of the Israeli Supreme Court has shifted the issue from politics. The law has well examined the problems linked to a pragmatics of the political. This pragmatics of the political would concern the problem of human decision, a decision which is questioned according to the axis of space and that of human feeling with its respective aporias relating to political power and not to law.
From now on, it is no longer a question of the theoretical problems linked to the moods of the day of power, but they would now refer to the point of view of the law. Israeli Jewish history, as a place of strife, was understood in the order of discourse in an ideological way. As a result, the Israeli Supreme Court increasingly elevates its approach to the rank of rigorous science, a hermeneutics subject to the choice of objectivity not subject to conjecture. Thus, a certain representation of Israeli becoming would have implications for how Subjects involved in history will determine themselves to the Law.
