Let’s use our traditions of hospitality

The Jewish contribution to morality is found in the open criticism of the Torah against despotism, as evidenced by a form of absolute power in the hands of the Pharaoh of Egypt who was confronted with Moses.
Among the commandments that the Jews must observe, to remember that their stay in Egypt is that of loving the stranger. This command includes welcoming and not hating the Egyptians because “you were strangers on their land”.
The Torah asks people to practice love and respect for other cultures.
This injunction, found in the Torah, was also the guiding light for pan-African luminaries. They were the first to apply these noble principles as a coherent philosophy. They were the first to teach us and show us that the evil that our generation had to face and overcome was racism.
Like the Hebrews that time, our generation must learn from the painful lessons of the past. So the respect and love we have for each other must also be blind, in order to eliminate the poison of racism.
By designating racism as the main scourge of our time that we must eradicate as a deadly disease.
