It also prides itself to have birthed humanism.
This is why Africa shall never be enslaved.
Throughout history it has resisted, fought back, and successfully overturned the tides of enslavement unleashed upon her.

When we contemplate the history of organized greed and brutality Africa has had to confront, we realize it is only through the help of the Almighty, that these generational battles against blind authoritarianism have been won.
Periodically, it seems the West sets back the clocks, and tries to wage another battle against the South.
New tools and newly devised strategies, give once again a false sense of invincibility to these forces, on their path to a new scramble for Africa.
The West knows its position of power was established through a somber and violent history, after having committed colonial invasions often accompanied by genocides, and until today even when colonialism is over, the western concept of ‘advantage’ is openly based on military might.
The African notion of superiority however is not found in weaponry, and not in numbers.
It is in spirit. And with it the belief that spirit shall always prevail.
It is simply a spirit of innate confidence we have, which pushes us to fight until the mortals vainly attacking us will pass from this world, and a new generation is born that knows peace.
Fighting for us does not mean engaging in tiresome war games, a distasteful waste of human potential, from which we draw no benefit.
Triumphing signifies maintaining our sense of humanity, while remaining deeply attached to our cultural values, remaining at once rooted in the past and open to the future.
Africans love their noble, peaceful, humane, kind and courageous ancestors.
We want to rise to their heroic level, closer to God.
The profound truths they taught us makes us step confidently into new territories of art, science and communication, developing skills with the same attention to detail and ethics as was practiced by our elders using the tools of their own times.
This has always been the battleground, the clash between the forces of memory, truth and love, against those of forgetfulness, ignorance and hate.
It is a useless exercise to sit and wonder what motivates those engaged in the relentless battle against Africa, and her variety of peoples and cultures.
Psychologists and neurologists are better equipped to answer such questions, since they pertain to anti-social neurosis rooted in education since infancy, as is the case of single individuals, whose egos cannot be satisfied unless they brutally control masses of other people.
However, the fact that the western population and citizenry is allowing for such emotionally impaired individuals to rule over their destiny, means for Africans that they cannot rely on a sudden outside awakening.
The expected level of social intelligence in the West is extremely low.
Consumerism has turned much of the western masses into passive digestive tubes, who are kept under constant advertisement hypnosis, and are being manipulated into buying products for which there is no tangible need.
In Africa this is seen as an alien invasion, motivated by insatiable greed, which does not hesitate to turn violent, to plunder our resources in order to keep fooling their clientele.
Some of our urban disadvantaged youth exposed to such profit schemes seen on internet and tv, can quickly become destabilized, and engage in disruptive illegal activity. Such eruptions of banditry reflect the raw criminality these youth are witnessing from seeing these programs, which they now feel they need to emulate, with their own means.
The piracy method of western powers comes with a romanticism depicting it as a success story, thus seeking to fascinate and inspire others to the same carelessness, so as to establish a standard way to deal with Africans.
And unfortunately, this western media pushed agenda of disregard for Africans, can affect not only the minds of Africa’s socially challenged youth, but can also compromise some of our politically challenged elders as well, who when driving under western influence, can treat their people with contempt, and at times do not hesitate to rob their brothers in broad daylight.
Ancestral spirit dictates that abundance of water exists, beyond our individual thirst, and capacity to absorb.
Think of the abundance of good we inherited. It consists of generations upon generations of constant sincere humane prayers, done by our ancestors. These prayers were not offered for subduing other continents, or to defend mass enslavement of humans and nature, but they were offered for love, for dignity, for respect, for the celebration of the beauty of life. This real heritage of the heart, is what makes the African vision for humanity the true root of civilization.
Our Asian, Native American and indigenous brothers everywhere, must know that there is an entire continent, Africa, which respects and honors their ancestral cultures and traditions, and the essential sense of humanity they carry.
We are not divided in races.
