Sir David Amess MP, victim of political anti-Semitism.

The thing is now known. The reason British parliamentarian Sir David Amess MP was attacked and lost his life at the hands of a radical Somali Islamist was “because he was a friend of the Jews,” said Anjem Choudari, an extremist imam from London who did not hid his pride in this racist act. Political anti-Semitism is alive, vocal, and active in Britain.
The FJN calls for condemning and actively combating all forms of racism and anti-Semitism on British soil, and throughout Europe.
The anti-Jewish poison passes through Britain through a primary anti-Israelism.
Blaming the Jews for all planetary evils seems to have returned to England, as it did before Cromwell. The excuse today is Israeli policy. But the language used does not lead to any confusion. The English anti-Semitic discourse is filled with old Christian clichés such as “temple merchants”, and lends the Jewish community a unique, and evil thought. This is the height of classical racism.
Great Britain lost many citizens during WWII. These men and women sacrificed their lives to fight the murderous, racist, and anti-Semitic ideology of the 3rd Reich. Could it be to let her plague the minds of their descendants decades later? There is no alternative.
Political anti-Semitism must be confronted and defeated. It leads to the most abject discrimination in its wake.
On David Amess MP lost his life for the sake of being a friend of the Jews, and not for any other cause of local politics. We suggest substantive discussions on the themes of respect for religions and cultures, and the deconstruction of politicized and radical religious thought. When the vestiges of religious intolerance still infect human relationships, the answer lies in rehabilitation.
Our condolences go out to the family and friends of Sir David Amess MP.
R.I.P.
